Breathing seven each (first level)
We get energy from food, water, sexuality, emotions, breathing and thinking. Everything around us is made up of subtle energy. Similarly, it is worth remembering that health depends on our energy level. When the energy level goes beyond a certain limit, the person begins to feel ill, has become ill and may even die. It is therefore essential to maintain a high level of vital force, and care its increase.
respiration raja yoga helps us do that.
Before you start breathing, ventilate the room, so that the body fills up with oxygen. Prepare a quiet atmosphere, where nothing will disturb you. Set background music. Try this breathing back against the head towards the north. After a week, you can do sitting with your back straight shot north.
Relax your body. Find your pulse with the right hand (the most convenient way is to do the wrist, or the aorta). Count seven beats. Inhale and exhale deeply through your mouth open, like using the whole stomach.
Then start breathing: inhale through the nose for seven beats of the pulse (or heart). Exhale the same way, seven beats. Breathing, blow up the lower abdomen, exhaling dig it up. Ensure that the air fills and empties with regularity after seven pulses. Repeat seven times the pair inspiration / expiration of seven beats. Practice this breathing
three times a day.
When you have practiced daily for two months, come to another interview or write us for the second level of respiration.
