Christmas Rhyme For Dinner Invitations

daily exercises of Raja Yoga for the physical body and open channels

a hundred circles with your hips in the opposite direction clockwise. Maximum extension, shoulders remain fixed.

Turn wrists fifty times in one direction while walking in a circle.

fifty times the wrist in the other direction while walking in a circle.

Place your arms perpendicular to shoulder height so that forearms are one on the other side, palms down. Strongly push elbows back. Sauté your arms forward, crossing open palms, and open your arms back, stretching up and keeping arms at shoulder height. Practice this year thirty times.

Raise your arms from the center of your body, palms open, raising such a column until outstretched above your head, then get them sideways, thus creating your will. Inhale when you mount the arms, and exhale when you get off. Repeat 10 times.

Walk on tiptoe, alternating left / right, for two minutes.
