Meditation Black Point
This meditation is practiced twice a day. It is preferable to the first after three dances. Prepare a blank sheet on which you draw a circle about two inches in diameter, filled with black.
Attach the sheet against a wall which is located on the south side, so that once the item be sat at the same height as the center which is located between your eyebrows.
Sit back north, straight up. Stay a few feet from the wall. With closed eyes, sing the mantra AUM several times (3-10) and when you have finished singing, eyes open and secure point for 10 minutes.
We recommend that you put an alarm to notify you of the end of 10 minutes, and tell your friends that you should not be interrupted during this time.
